Do I provide materials for my job?
In some situations we will ask you to provide materials. For example, decorative items like faucets or light fixtures we may ask you to purchase them to ensure the correct items are used.
However, in most cases we will purchase the required materials to ensure we have the right items.
Why do you markup your materials?
We mark up our material prices by 25% (compared to many contractors markup of 100-200%) to cover costs like taxes, delivery, or price increases.
When is payment due?
We generally ask for the materials cost upfront. The remainder of the payment is due on delivery of the final invoice.
Do I need to be home?
It is not absolutely required for you to be home, but is highly recommended.
